DISCIPLESHIP
COMMUNITIES

After Jesus sent the apostles on mission to go and make disciples, the first church devoted itself to the teaching of scripture, to table fellowship and to prayer. This was the natural result of the things Jesus was devoted to and had modeled to them. Discipleship communities are small groups of Christians on mission together to be and make disciples of Jesus who are learning to love God and others more deeply. Come join us!

COMMITMENTS OF DISCIPLESHIP COMMUNITIES

TABLE FELLOWSHIP

Real and loving community is something we all desire. Sharing a meal together around a table is a great way to grow in relationship and be part of each other's lives.

SCRIPTURE IN COMMUNITY

The purpose of all scripture is summarized in loving God and others. Discussing scripture and learning together is a powerful and important way to grow in these areas.

PRACTICING PRAYER

Prayer is the way we communicate with God. Doing this together builds our prayer lives up in significant ways. Few things are more exciting than seeing God answer our prayers directly!

MULTIPLICATION

Part of the mission Jesus gave his disciples was to develop disciples who reproduce. Our discipleship communities are always open to new people, and multiply when they become too large to meet in one home.

Our discipleship communities meet together at 6:00 pm on Wednesday! We begin with a shared meal, followed by bible study discussion. Childcare is provided. For more details about one of the groups, group leader below.
